How do I book a private game?

So you have read Paintball Virginia's web site and now your are ready to actually come out and play. Well lets get started! Ask yourself this, wouldn't it be a little more fun if you brought your friends? The answer is yes!!! Here is how you can book your own private game at Paintball Virginia. Please also note, if you can only get 1 or 2 friends together, we have special walk on days for new players, where you can come out and rent the gear needed to play and have a good day's fun with others that are also new to the sport (please check the schedule).

Step One:

Pick a date - figure out what date you and your freinds would like to come and play. We can do ANY day of the week! Collect a $15 non-refundable deposit from each player (minium 8 players). Full fee is $35 per player. This includes all of the gear needed to play, as well as your first 500 rounds of paint. Read about organizer incentives here

Step Two:

Contact us via email at bart@paintballvirginia.com or by calling us at 434-713-8170. Tell us your date and how many players you want to bring. We will check the schedule , and make sure we have space, equipment, and dedicated staff available for you and your group.

Step Three:

Put a deposit down for your group via, check*, credit card, cash**, or paypal. (A non-refundable deposit of $15 per person is required, the balance is due the day you play)

Step Four:

Sit at home and anticipate your adventure!

Advantages to booking a private game:

* Your group gets dedicated refs for the day, you can play as many games as you want at your group's pace
* Discounts are available for groups of 20 or more
* Your group chooses the fields you want to play
* Your group can all play by itself - a big advantage if you're all new to paintball!
* Special rates apply for Church groups - please contact us for details!!!
 
Things to remember:
* Bring a towel to wipe off with between games
* Bring a spare change of clothes for the drive home
* Wear something that can get dirty.
* We play rain or shine.
* Paintballs can stain clothing, but will usually wash out if you wash your clothes promptly after playing and apply some pre-treat to any really bad spots.
* All players must be at least 10 years old to play at Paintball Virginia
* If you're under the age of 18, you need to have your parent or guardian sign a waiver for you. You can download and print a waver, then bring it with you. (download a waiver here)

* Please note that all checks must be received 2 weeks prior to your play date.

** Cash deposits can be dropped off at the feild between the hours of 11 am and 5 pm on Saturdays
